The Company

Located on Bourbon Street in the World Famous - West Edmonton Mall, The Comic Strip showcases the absolute best in live stand-up comedy. The Comic Strip's acts have been featured on Leno, Letterman, The Daily Show, Comedy Central, The Comedy Network, Last Comic Standing, HBO and more. The Challenge

The Comic Strip required top web technology to sustain it's fast growth, and carefully facilitate an online ticketing process to meet an overwhelming demand.  Existing off-the-shelf and open-source software applications were limited by design, and did not include the flexibility and reporting features The Comic Strip required to manage ticket, sales and customer service/support the way they envisioned.

The Solution

CreoLogic and The Comic Strip developed a fully-customizable e-ticketing module.  This ticketing module was interfaced with the existing web site and came complete with a back-end ticket management module.

The Result

The Comic Strip eliminated printing costs by implementing a ticket-less (e-ticketing) system.  Operational and overhead costs were dramatically reduced by creating a clever web-based ticketing system and online ticket management module that, in a way, manages itself.
